10月20日（木）、本校でLC（ラーニング・クラスター）を開催しました。

今回の内容は、

・より良いチームワークのために大切なことについてのディスカッション

・それぞれのグループでリサーチプランの設定

の２項目を中心に学習しました。

生徒の感想を紹介します。

本日のLCでは、あらためてより良いチームを作るために大切なことは何か、それぞれのグループで話し合いました。相手を尊重すること、コミュニケーションを怠らないこと、目的を明確に作業に取り組むこと、情熱を持って取り組むことなど、様々な素晴らしいアイデアが出ました。また、積極的に発言するだけではなく、相手の話をしっかりと聞き受け入れることの大切さを実感しました。今日学んだことはこれからのLCや学校生活に生かしていこうと思います。

その後はグループごとに行っているリサーチの続きを行いました。本日は、明確なリサーチプランを立てて計画的に活動することを意識し、そのためにやらなければいけないこと、期限などを皆で確認しながら進めました。ゲルフハンバー大学とのセッションも本格的に始まり、オープンキャンパスも近づいています。皆で協力しながら、よりよいプレゼンを完成させられるように頑張っていきます。

Personal reflection

In today’s LC, we were again divided into groups to discuss important factors to build a better team. Each group shared a variety of great ideas, such as respecting others, never neglecting communication, working with clear objectives, and working with passion. We also realized the importance of not only actively speaking up, but also listening carefully and accepting others’ opinions. I will apply what I learned today to the LC and my school life. After that, we continued working on the research. Today, we got aware of the importance of having a solid research plan and working systematically, and we all confirmed the things to do and the deadlines. The session with the University of Guelph Humber has been in full swing, and the open campus is approaching. So we will all work together and do our best to make a better presentation.
